This is a bust I did of Abe Sapien, Hellboy 2. 90 percent from scratch in Zbrush. Scan data was used for the fleshy part of his face only. I projected a quad mesh over that and cleaned away the scan artifacting, and sculpted the top of his head, then added eyes. Then I built the rest of the bust.
